Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Life Potential Atlas, operated by Visions In Print, LLC (Visionsinprint.com), a Washington limited liability company. By creating an account or using paid services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Developmental self-reflection tool

Life Potential Atlas is an educational and developmental self-reflection tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychological testing, professional diagnosis, legal or financial advice, or a guaranteed prediction of your future. Assessment results are interpretive outputs based on your self-reported responses and the application's model.

Personalized interpretations

Expanded and Advanced reports may contain automatically generated interpretations. These can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You are responsible for evaluating the information and for decisions you make using it. Core assessment scores are calculated separately from personalized interpretations.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using the service lawfully. You may not attempt to access another person's information, circumvent paid-access controls, interfere with the service, or use automated activity in a manner that harms availability or security.

Paid access and billing

Prices, billing cadence, taxes, and other purchase terms are shown before payment in Stripe-hosted Checkout. Paid access is activated only after the application receives authoritative payment or subscription confirmation. A successful browser redirect by itself does not create an entitlement.

If a paid tier is offered as a subscription, cancellation and renewal terms shown at checkout and in the applicable Stripe billing experience apply. Refunds and reversals are handled according to the purchase terms, applicable law, and the status of the underlying Stripe transaction. A refund, cancellation, failed payment, or other billing change may reduce or revoke paid access when appropriate.

Intellectual property

The Life Potential Atlas name, assessment framework, scoring model, report structures, written content, software, visual design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase or account grants you permission to use the service and your resulting reports for personal use; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform or assessment model.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without promises that assessment or report interpretations will achieve a particular life, career, relationship, financial, health, or other outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
